Last year on Christmas Eve we dressed up and did the play of the Christmas Story and video taped it. This year we watched it. Watching it was actually better than doing it. Fun Fun Fun!!!

Off to Bounce Jungle for Shacee's Birthday with Uncle Cody, Aunt Kacie, and Cousin Layni

Shacee and Taylin love playing bumper cars in the kitchen. Taylin is 9 months old and can go backwards, forwards, and all over the place in her little walker but for some reason she can't even roll over much less crawl. I don't get it! Maybe her mom is doing to much for her so she dosen't need to do anything for herself.

What a beautiful site! I am no longer the ONLY feeding machine :)

Shacee had her 4th birthday and instead of having a birthday party we took her to bounce jungle in Gilbert. But first of course i did let her invite a couple of her friends over to play since we weren't going to go to bounce jungle for a couple of weeks after her birthday.

Taylins Big Day!

Taylin had a big day yesterday! She is now completely weaned at 9 months old:). She isn't to happy about it but i sure am. Taylin has never taken a pacifier (she sucks her thumb) and definitly wont have anything to do with a bottle. So the plan was when she woke up yesterday morning for Chad to get her up while i pumped and put it right into a bottle. Then he just tried feeding it to her while i hid. (I didn't want her to see me or she would really freak!) She wouldn't have anything to do with it and got really hungry. So while i was off shopping and poor Chad was home with a very fussy baby he called me around 12:30 and she finally drank it! Yes! He said as soon as she finally started drinking it her eyes rolled back like she was in heaven. So it has been almost 2 comlete days without nursing and she is doing great. Of course she still tries to get some from me but oh no. No more of that :) She is such a good baby. I just love her. Today Sadie was sick so me Sadie, and Taylin stayed home from church and decided to reward Taylin with her very first pink painted toes.

The Cottonwood Christmas Parade!

So we decided to be in the Christmas parade this year for some advertisement. We had a good time and the girls especially loved riding in a hot tub down the rode. We threw oranges to the people watching. i wasn't the best at throwing to people and hit a lady when she wasn't paying attention. She wasn't to happy about it either while all her friends were laughing at her. Anyways, hopefully there wont be a lawsuit coming.
